Driven by a need to manage work place stress in my own life and a deep passion to help others find practical ways to manage their stress, this workshop shares some of the theoretical underpinning behind stress, including the very latest applied neuroscience (mBraining), so that you can understand stress (it is not always a bad thing!) and understand its impacts, also so that you can recognise it early (in you and others) before it has physiological effects. We will then explore a range of easy to use, practical techniques, that can be done in a real life work settings, to reduce your stress noticeably.

What happens if you have to cancel?
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost. Alternatively, a refund less $50 + GST service charge per registrant will be made for cancellations received in writing (email, letter or fax) up to ten working days prior to the workshop. Regrettably, no refund can be made less than ten working days prior to the event. However, you will be sent the workshop materials upon request. Delegates are responsible for their own travel/ accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made should the workshop be rescheduled or cancelled.
